One of our Import Queues has suddenly disappeared from view in the ActiveControl Windows GUI.
What would cause the Import Queue to disappear, and how do we get it back?
The main root-cause of this disappearance is that an AC Administrator has accidentally marked that system as a virtual target in the Configuration screen.
When the "Skip import queue for virtual targets" checkbox option is ticked, the target will be treated as a virtual target, and as such, there will be no import queue.
If this option has been mistakenly ticked - and there were no transports currently sitting in the Import Queue, then it will no longer be visible in the main screen of the Windows GUI.
